We have called Unionville Heating for several service calls and checkups over the last couple years and they have been excellent in all respects.
This week our furnace needed replacing as a major part was starting to fail.
John’s installers came out of self-isolation to install a new furnace THE NEXT DAY, even though the existing furnace had not quit yet!
We had several safety measures to comply with, and the installers also took great care to make sure all health recommendations were followed.
I call that going well above regular customer service. The installation was done fast, the work of the highest quality.
I can say that with full confidence as I have been in maintenance most of my life, and have done HVAC installing and service myself.
