I called Unionville Heating to have our air conditioner repaired (it just stopped working). I mentioned to the person who took my call that my mother was 83, and if it was possible to have someone come out today to take a look because I didn’t want her in a home without air conditioning.
I was advised that “Dillon” would be out to our home between 2pm – 4pm.
At 1:57 the truck pulled up, and within 30 minutes Dillon assessed and fixed the issue.
He advised that more then likely we would need a new unit and then gave me details on what that entailed.
Dillon was such a well informed, professional technician that I will most likely be purchasing my unit from Unionville Heating.
