on a friday night…all of sudden a line to the humidifier burst and water was everywhere…..we turned off water and called a plumber….they came out and failed to fix the problem….since it was a water/heating problem…I found an invoice from prior owner for Unionville Heating and called to leave a message on the Sunday….suprised to get an answer…arranged for them to come Monday afternoon….Eric arrived and quickly he resolved the problem….replaced the old plastic line with a copper line to the humidifier and replaced the failed saddle valve which
also had failed as a backup turn off mechanism. Shocking that a plumber could neither stop the leak, replace the saddle valve or offer real assistance. Thank you Eric for your assistance and professionalism.
