Hi John, … a quick note to express our very high level of satisfaction with the job your team did installing the new furnace and AC at our home on Monday. Dave, Liam and Ryan were all enormously professional in every way – respectful of our property, diligent with the floor mats, meticulous in the post-install clean up, masks always-on, and a pleasure to speak with. Please share our thanks with them. The only downside to the day was that Betti-Ann was totally taken aback by the physical size of the AC – it occupies a considerably larger footprint on our patio (joys of an inside unit) than its predecessor, and we’re looking for ways to camouflage it. The guys were very accommodating – they actually removed the supporting bracket and lowered the unit – but at the end of the day, not your problem. My fault for not inquiring about the physical size of the unit and exploring options, if any. Anyway, thanks to you and your team for outstanding service. I’ve told many friends of our telephone exchange and the extraordinary service you provided when our AC shut down a few weeks ago. An absolute pleasure to do business with you and your company.
