A big thank you to John for all his assistance on Christmas morning when my furnace wasn’t working. He talked me through things to check on my end and when it still wasn’t working he sent Todd to take look it over. Despite it being Christmas morning, Todd arrived within minutes and took the time to explain the issue and fix the problem so that my family could have a comfortable Christmas celebration.
