Our furnace broke down late in the evening I called Unionville Heating after midnight and left a message. I received a reply at 5:18am in the morning and their technician was here promptly, assessed the problem, ordered the crucial part and installed it shortly thereafter in a snow storm. We were all toasty warm by Noontime. Well done team! Great job! Awesome old fashioned personal customer service. Thanks kindly.
