Update – Jan 21, 2025This morning was -17C and my furnace stopped working. Called Unionville Heating and placed an emergency call and Wilson came to my rescue in an hour. Thankfully service was restored.Another example of exemplary service. It?s excellent response that counts – to alleviate my fear of not getting heat on the coldest day yet of this season.Update – Nov 21, 2022Anyone can sell a product, but they excel in providing strong support and peace of mind. This event is a separate incident to my earlier post…My friend out of their serving territory had an emergency situation on a friday evening. I called Unionville Heating and was promptly connected to someone knowledgeable to guide through the situation. We received guidance on next steps which greatly calmed our nerves… My friend was grateful knowing they are out of their territory and we called them on a friday evening outside of office business hours…..January 2022Jeffery came to investigate my furnace problem. Came at exact time as promised. Very friendly and took time for a thorough inspection. Explain to me what he was doing as I was with him (while maintaining social distancing). I was very impressed by him letting me know what was happening and how he went about locating my furnace problem. My problem has not recurred and now I hardly notice my furnace running after his furnace fix.I have been their satisfied customer for more than 30 years. Furnace is crucial to house living and being responsive to emergency calls and living up to its promises are key to this company’s success.

The appointment was scheduled within 3 hours of my call. The serviceman arrived within the time scheduled and completed the investigation and repair within the hour. Payment was quick and easy with my credit card.

I like to have a report of the service done and readings taken – confirmation that the furnace is in good operating condition, that a new water filter was installed. I used to have this report filled out by the serviceman in the past, and a copy left with me. can you send me a copy in pdf form please.

I awoke to a 57 degree house, called Unionville Heating and they said they would have a technician here between 9-10. He showed up precisely at 9:00, determine I needed a new motor, drove to the shop to get it, and had it installed and finished shortly after 10:00. He explained there was no charge as I have yearly routine maintenance done?what a pleasant surprise. My home was back up to temp in no time. Thank you Unionville Heating.
