I just wanted to thank the whole team at Unionville Heating & Air Conditioning. We were without heat and when we called we were given an appointment the same day and the technician was at our house within hours. Unfortunately our unit couldn’t be repaired (due to it’s age) and the technician was able to re-schedule another customer’s appointment so we could have our new furnace installed the very next day (thank you to the customer who agreed to switch with us!!!). The installation technicians (Ryan, Tyler and Dave) were at our house the next morning and had us up and running by lunch time. We are so grateful to the whole team and we appreciate that we were treated so well right from the initial call. Thank you all so very much!!!!

I have told many friends and colleagues about your excellent service and how quickly you responded to my call at 5:03 p.m. on the coldest day of the decade. It is difficult to compare. How often does one replace a furnace?  We did not shop.  This seemed more like a necessity than a choice.  Our decision was based on our history with you and service over the years and we have no reason to believe we made the wrong choice. Just wanted to say thanks to your team for coming out last week and installing the complimentary air cleaner on my daughter’s (Erin Lane) furnace. It was a great gesture on your part and truly reflects the company that I’ve known and trusted all these years. All the best to you and your staff.

I called Unionville Heating and Air for advice when another company servicing my furnace wasn’t getting the job done: I had been patiently enduring 8 days without heat in the middle of February, despite repeat visits from the technician, and I was losing it! John not only took my call, he listened to my story, calmed me down and offered to contact the other company on my behalf to ensure they were going to get the job done properly. He called me back immediately to reassure me and encourage me to give the other company one more chance to correct the problem. He then gave me his cell number and told me to call if the problem wasn’t solved by that evening. The next morning he called back to see if I had heat (yes, finally I did). I’m not even his customer, and yet John took the time to  listen to my concerns, advocated on my behalf, and checked in on me the next day. That kind of customer service is rare in these days, and you can be sure I’ll give my future business to Unionville. Very impressive.
